Moving from So. Cal, we purchased the perfect house. As we looked at the empty garage, I figured it was the perfect time to do some nice finish to the floor. After having an appointment with a large coating company, I felt a little uneasy with the sales pitches, pushing to lock in a contract, and price. Everything had an additional price which was crack repair and stem walls. I always practice 3 bids. Number 2 never called and the third request was with Garage Experts. From the initial call, I had a very good feeling with the group. Joe (company owner) called me and spent over an hour explaining his service. Not only was he the sales person, he was just finishing a job in Red Bluff so I knew he took personal pride in his work as he also "wrenched". He advised the project would take 2 days and explained in detail that all cracks and stem walls were included in the price. In his visit to measure the garage, I knew Garage Experts was my choice. As promised, Joe and crew was on time, very clean, and very professional. In addition, he coated a pedestal for a sink cabinet with a side step for no extra charge. Professional, personable and passionate! Can't say enough positive about our experience with Joe and Garage Experts. From the start, Joe was super responsive to inquiries and very detailed in answering questions. Joe put us immediately at ease and gave us confidence that he knew what he was doing... and he did! Our floor was completed in one day and it's BEAUTIFUL. All aspects of the job were done perfectly.
