        Made an appointment for 11/5 at 12pm. I was waiting for 20 min and asked for ETA via text no response. Then, I called and when I asked what happened? All he could say was, they are backed up and lost track of time. I moved everything around for them to come and at least he could have been considerate but yet didnt care. I will not recommend anyone I know here!

        I would avoid this place maybe he just didn't feel like working or forgot about me but I did schedule an appointment a week in advance 20 minutes before the appointment I got a call saying that it's too windy outside so we need to do the job in my garage I said okay texted him back 20 minutes later wondering where he was he told me let's do the job on Tuesday it is now Thursday and I have not heard back from him at all complete lack of professionalism if you didn't want to do the job you should tell me so I can look elsewhere Service: Vehicle window tinting

        I give this hidden jewel 2 thumbs up!!! Sergio and Freddy are very friendly and honest! Went in for a window tint and Freddy was very quick and professional! Sergio also took care of of shining up my tires and didnt want a payment. Was extremely excited and appreciated their work ethic!

        I needed my two front windows tinted and started asking around, a lot of places post a super low price, and when you call it is a completely different story so I kinda gave up. I decided to continue to look online and I came across Presidential Tints. I gave them a call and was given a reasonable price and set up an appointment for the next day. I showed up and Freddy showed me what the car tint would look like and said he would call when completed. About an hour later my car was ready, went over and paid the bill, no problems. These folks are straight shooters and there is NO bait and switch, no tomfoolery, just good customer service, and a great product. My car looks amazing and I could not be more pleased! 10/10 would highly recommend!
