I used HLI in Novemeber 2022 after they knocked on my door to give a quote. They gave us a great price, but this is one of those situations where you get what you pay for. They were very fast but were not considerate of my property. Their carelessness damaged my property, which they said they would cover. They were initially responsive, but the promised check never came, and my messages to the company have started going unanswered. UPDATE: I recently saw HLI in my neighborhood and spoke with the owner's son about this issue. He said he would speak to the owner and call me the next day, but no call came. This company doesn't care about its customers' property. It just wants to make a quick buck.

If you are looking for someone to get it done fast, these guys are for you.  If you are looking for someone to get it done right, look elsewhere.  They also caused a couple of hundred dollars in damage to my property and have not paid for it.  I repeat THEY CAUSED DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY AND WILL NOT PAY FOR IT.

HLI's crew did an excellent and professional job trimming our eight tress. They answered our request for a quote quickly and Carlos spent time with us decribing in detail what the quote involved. He answered all our concerns in detail. The crew was very professional, polite and efficient.
