basing this review only on my first experience at this location... I ordered pretzel bites and usually take them home and eat them when i get a craving so thats what i did. without seeing them till i got home i warmed them up later on at night and saw every single one was burnt at the bottom and some on top too. Like charred black. Other locations over cook a little sometimes but this one was the worst. Its annoying to me cuz these are so expensive for a bread item and for me its a special treat i dont get often. And for it to be burnt well i just dont wanna go to this location anymore. You would think quality is important especially in food items and if something is burnt why even sell it?? Also when i got there most of the employees were in like a huddle in the corner talking and just staring in my direction not smiling or greeting us....kinda rude but i still smiled at them. The cashier guy that helped me was polite enough though. Victoria Gardens is known to give a better quality shopping experience which it usually is but not when it comes to wetzels pretzels...
