This company is a hidden gem! I didnt know I would enjoyed the job as an independent contractor. My previous OCTA coach operator gig was horrible due to its toxic culture and safety issues as a driver without any protection from deranged passengers. To my surprises here at Starrnet, I loved my route, my customers, and the culture of Starrnet Transportation company. I can be honest with you that Darlene made the company like its a family oriented run business. All great businesses come from the top leadership directly. It then follows through management and funnel down to its employees. We all care about our job and our customers. Manager Richard and dispatcher Sherri are wonderful people to work with. Communication and excellence are part of this company vision & value. If you want to Be Your Own Boss, this is your chance to do it. New independent contractor like me learns a lot from management and I look forward to my route and seeing repeat customers on a regular basis.
