What a waste of time! Don't waste yours! I called on Tues. and left a message, and he called back soon after, saying he missed a call. I needed an estimate for my front and back yard maintenance and/or landscaping needs. He immediately referred to the reviews, saying the other people never sent him their address and that's why he was unreliable, and he asked me to send the address, which I did immediately. We made an appointment for Friday 11am. He asked ME to send HIM a reminder, which right there is already suspect. I sent him the reminder on Thursday evening and he replied "Sounds good, thank you for the reminder." I changed my whole day around, rushed and tried to be there on time, and lo' and behold he was nowhere to be seen. I texted and called. He called back. It went like this: "Where are you? I'm here." "In Ontario?" "No, Pomona! What time are you going to be here?" "Oh, what's the address?... I can be there in 37 minutes." "What happened to our appointment? We said 11am!" "Oh, I had a job to do..." [fill in excuse here] Despite the multiple bad reviews, I wanted to give him a chance. What a waste of time. Don't waste yours and hire someone so unreliable, he can't even come to give you an estimate to work a job! The person I talked to was Julio.
