        I asked this office to handle or Farmers Insurance that we had at another farmers agents office. I asked multiple times for a policy quote and for some clarification on our policies. After about three weeks, I was finally given the information that I needed, made a payment and then never received any type of policy or information from their office. I have since left multiple messages and emails for the owner Michael and have yet to receive a callback. I’m wondering if they are even still in business. When I called to find out if he had Transferred our policy over, I was told nothing had ever even happened with it.
