**Update** So corporate finally got back to me and despite my complaints not being how they operate it seems like it is. I received a call and was told that it's my fault. Accusing me of food on the floor in my place or something that somehow caus the mold. They of course did not want to talk about making me come back to a dangerous environment for my family but since their feelings are hurt having to do what they should have done to begin with I'm to be under extra scrutiny. And of course they want rent for denying me access to my things for a month and leaving me and the kids on the street the first weekend. Bottom line is they are slumlords. And like most slumlord they waste money trying to not spend money when in actuality if they do what is right they would have higher profits. If you have any other choice do not live at one of their properties. Every comment here is the same and not one update saying they righted a wrong. Avoid these people at all costs. **. Setting aside the issues of them asking for cash for repairs they say you are responsible for without proof or letting you see the video. Or that they got COVID assistance for rent with still taking rent for tenants. When our complex was flooded in January, they said they aren't responsible for repairs needed. Only after housing commission said it was uninhabitable did they act. After being in a hotel for a month, they said it was fixed and come back with my family only to find that in a month, only half my walls drywall was replaced and not the rest of the work that contractors and regulations say needed to be done. They did a mold inspection but would not disclose the results to us. I had to come out of pocket for a inspection. When I said that I had one done, they put me up in a hotel again to do repairs and didn't even ask to see my report. They knowingly had me bring my kids back to an unsafe environment. The report was so bad the company called me before they sent the final report to make sure I understand the dangers of us being in that unit. National Core is just here to take money and take advantage of us. Not help as they bill themselves out to. It's sad that they had to have so many incorporations of the company due to being shut down for not paying taxes only to get tax money to take advantage of the poor. I reached out as requested and will update my review after discussing this with National Core. Update is after calling them and emailing still no reply. Quick to post a response to an online review but not so much offline.

Mountainside Apartments.
Beautiful, peaceful, calm, nice and kind apartment management and other employees like maintenance dept. I love it here and I hope to be here a few more years!
I wouldnt mind if they had washer dryer hook ups in the apartment or in the little porch that they give us, but I understand and we do have three really great laundry mats.

I have experienced discrimination by Mission Point manager Ivette Chagolla and Unit 13 regional manager Dana McDaniel. They have allowed my family and I to experience civil harassment for years by a Mission Point resident that even though the corporation has police reports of threats with a gun and a lot of video evidence, they have invalidated my fear heed taking pics of my family all the time, that they will harm us since my three children have mental and physical disabilities, we had to ask for two Sometimes I change location to keep them safe and they have denied us all help.
