I tried calling them for service last week and they are not a Servpro anymore. I did some research and they had both of the licenses removed by Servpro Corporate. STAY AWAY!!!

In recent months I have been dealing with this company who has been acting in bad faith. I originally decided to go with Servpro of Rancho Cordova after talking to the con artist and owner Rose. She touted their record and perfect rating with BBB, after a couple of months dealing with her we have things for you to pick up, to we have nothing ready and I can't even see the state of my belongings to see if they can be repaired. So I decided to contact BBB and who would have guessed it they aren't accredited, when asked about it she says it doesn't matter that they aren't BBB accredited and still display proudly that they are. My advice stay away, definitely incompetent, and likely crooked.

They don't show up on time. They do not meet deadlines house burned down and they continue to leave messages on the landline in the burned home. Through failed to secure the house it was robbed the said they were going to do it better, next day robbed again same thing the next day it took the house being looted 3 times.the worst part is it took them over 3 weeks to remove items from house. My advice stay away

This is for Servpro/Miller mitigation & restoration inc and specifically Rose Miller, the owner of the company. This has been a horrible experience. I would never in a million years recommend working with this unprofessional company. I had a pipe burst in a small cottage in South Lake Tahoe. I contacted them December 14th, and unfortunately had to use them, since for some reasons, SLT is in their territory (when there is a servpro 5 miles away). Jim came to my property a few days later after I spoke to Rose, with whom I explained I wanted to go through my insurance, but wanted to start the process as soon as possible, as the pipe burst and had been leaking for 2 weeks (unbeknownst to me), and I was supposed to put my property up for sale that week. I have never had to utilize my home owners insurance before and I explained this to Rose. and if anyone has gone through something like this, they know that it can be fairly complicated, especially when working with a company like servpro and the insurance company. Jim was easy to work with and he tested for asbestos, and quoted me for the mitigation. They did the work while I corresponded with Tanya, the fairly professional office manager (who know I was working with my insurance as well). When it then came to planing for the reconstruction, things took a turn for the worst. My real estate agents had been looking in on my property and sent me pictures that showed the heater taken a part, while it was snowing and the unit was freezing. I contacted Jim as I had no idea he had taken a part the brand new heater and wanted to know why. He never got back to me, but through Tanya, I was told he went up there and put it back together..... I'm still confused as to why that happened. I was then confused about the rest of the process as I was waiting to hear back from them about getting the project completed. Mind you, this unit is less than 400 square feet.... so it's not a big project. Rose was brought back into the conversation, a month later, and I have still never heard back from Rose. She sent me some rude emails, and told me she would get back to me on a certain day and then 2 days later emailed me that she would get back to me in a couple days. I just sent her an email stating how disappointed I am in her professionalism, and she terminated our working relationship which is perfectly fine with me, as I would rather do this work on my own then give that company another dime. I would never in my life recommend this horrific company to anyone. UPDATE- After calling the Servpro in South Lake Tahoe (with whom I originally wanted to work with but couldn't due to franchise boundary issues) and explaining my horrible experience with your incredibly unprofessional franchise (in which they stayed incredibly professional, but stated they weren't surprised and apologized profusely for my experience with you as it's an embarrassment to the franchise as a whole) The owner, went out there immediately, assessed the project and due to how busy they were, he called over a FANTASTIC licensed contractor who finished the project without issue (even during the snowstorms up there). So had my initial experience been with the South lake Tahoe servpro initially, I would have saved so much time and energy. But it all worked out in the end, so thank you for absolutely nothing Rose.
