T-Mobile

I have had T-Mobile for over a decade and I am now alarmed at the disservices.  The service WAS good, but it is now BAD.  And they will punish you AND SABOTAGE YOUR SETTINGS AND SERVICES if you don't do as they demand.   Note to T-M:   Don't be trying to boss me around!  I am looking elsewhere for cell service.  GFY.

Absolutely horrible experience. Staff is extremally unprofessional and rude . They don't even follow T-Mobile's Policy and make Rules/things out of thin air. I will be calling T-Mobile to file a complaint against the store.

BUYER BEWARE: This place has a manager by the name of NINO that CAN NOT interpret the fine print at the most basic level of comprehension. I show him that within the Refund clause it says that within 14 days "You may be also be required to pay a restocking fee...." he interprets this as you HAVE TO. I was trying to be cordial and suggest that this fine print may be inaccurate, but he says that it is corporate and this is privately owned TMobile store. Then tries to lecture me on no restocking fees on defective devices when it is NOT the case here. All this back and forth while this manger guy NINO is talking over me in elevated tone with no manners. Called T-Mobile to talk about all that, they said that as of the most recent practice they are not charging restocking fees. They sent me return label and will ship me iphone 11 to replace an SE, that was too small for an elder person I was getting by the service for.

This place have horrible customer service. Walked in   to tried to get a new phone and change my plan, the sales rep named Abdul refused to offer any assistance because he said they were closing in an hour. Recommend going somewhere else and not here.

Staff is unwilling to help and will tell you that you need to call t-mobile help line, but when you call the help line t-mobile expert will tell you that the representative needs to call the official help line and stop pawing off the work on customers.
