Mirage San Diego - Retractable Screen Doors

They don't seem too keen in assisting customers who have purchased from them in looking up records for past purchases. They seem annoyed that you would even bother them about it. Terrible customer service, just about hung up on me today. Not very friendly at all. ADDITION: Be careful posting a review for this company, they will read your review and then send you a nasty text (see below) saying that they don't care about your review. Shockingly bad customer service. So sad to see when this happens.

I highly recommend Mirage San Diego (miragesandiego.com) for your re-meshing and screen slider repair needs. Both Cris who fielded the initial call and Gris who came out to fix the Screen door are very experienced and know what they are doing. We had a 15+ year old Mirage Custom Screen Slider and they were able to get it back to working order! Gris was fun to see work since there were a few more challenges that he overcame by taking the time to understand the issue and pick the right part and tool to resolve the nuances.

I have tried reaching out to this company 3 times over the past 3 weeks as the retractable screen doors they installed under the previous owner have torn and come apart from the door frame. Did not even receive a courtesy call back. Very disappointed in their customer service.
