I originally called Jim’s number but did not leave a message and called another and scheduled service with a different local plumber who could not be here until the next morning. I was worried that the broken valve resulting in super high water pressure was going to blow out my hot water heater. Jim called me back, gave me a quote over the phone and his son came and changed the valve promptly and efficiently and made it easy for me so I could replace the next one next time. The reviews are great for this company and now I know why. When you have an emergency you need someone immediately, not the next day and I could tell that they found a way to work me into their already busy schedule.
