We hired Vaca's to clean the carpet in our 4 bedroom rental home after we moved out. We have 6 kids, and the carpet in the dining room was really, really dirty -- lots of dark spots where food and drinks had spilled over the years. We were pretty concerned about whether our carpet would pass the move-out inspection with our landlord. Rick assured us that his equipment was truck-mounted (i.e. quite powerful), and that they would pre-treat the rooms and would spend extra time to really thoroughly clean and rinse the carpets, as needed. We were simply amazed how clean Vaca's was able to get our carpets! They looked like new again, and best of all, our landlord was thrilled with the results.

My son had his bedroom, couches, master bed and bathroom cleaned. They have two toddlers and ALL the stains came out. I was responsible for letting them in, paying them and then reviewing their work. I was so impressed I had them over to my house!
