        I brought in an Echo chainsaw for drive sprocket repair. They LOST one of the cover plate nuts and the cover plate itself was cracked BY THEM! They denied it and wanted $42 to replace the cover. They did NOT fix the original problem. They are liars and theives! I gave them 1 star because a zero star rating was unavailable.
