Found Dr Au through other reviews. Tracked him down to an office in the same city I lived in. Had a consultation with him. He informed me of different weight loss options. I went in thinking I knew which procedure I wanted. But he informed me of that one and others and explained the risk and benefits of each. Provided some documents to read over for additional knowledge. Once we discussed a plan and procedure. He set me up with Coordinator Michelle who makes everything easy! She is clear and helpful. Provides a completely list of requirements, confirmed with my insurance for me and answered any text I had questions on. For more specifics Involving Dr Au I was able to speak with any employee at the local office in person, via phone, and text which I loved. All were helpful and answered all my questions. If there was something they could not elaborate on they connected me with Dr Au or had him contact me once he was free. After approval we proceeded with the procedure. The day if Dr Au was there came by before we all went in chit chatted while they prepped the room. Took some before photos (excited to see the results). Came out all fine and dandy. Dr was available for FaceTime meetings as I was not up for driving to go in house. 1st month check in was great he provided some helpful tips to maintain my health as days go on. I'm currently on month two. Starting weight 282lbs 52. The nutritionist I was set up with got me down to 266lbs at the day of surgery. Currently at 237lbs and continuing! The staff including RN and MD were great. I was a little nervous going in for my first filler appt were very informative and helped make sure I used just the right amount since I didnt want anything to look unnatural. Highly recommend this office! Love the results by the way :-)

Great experience with the nurse. I did my lip filler and I love my result. She was so patient and quick at the same time. Very clean and elegant place! Definitely recommend it

I go here to do my lips and my under eye filler and I loooove it  great and clean place! The nurse is so patient and friendly. Love it
