SEAFOOD CITY IS A BIG ESTABLISHMENT SIZE WISE.
There are no ELECTRIC MOTORIZED CARTS that a handicapped shopper can use and navigate this huge store. Every places that I shop to example: walmart, Target, just to mention a few, they provide electric carts for customers.
please TAKE THIS REQUEST SERIOUSLY AND with great consideration. BIG STORES AT LEAST HAVE 4 CARTS READILY AVAILABLE FOR HANDICAPPED OR DISABLED PEOPLE who wanted so much to shop in your store. The Location where I got to si at CHICAGO, ILLINOIS.

The docks are very tight and you have to back up from the back .be prepared to go out from truck again and again so you are not hitting anything .otherwise they load and unload very fast .

I was at Seafood City Panorama City & I was trying to buy a lotto ticket (10:30 am. 3/3/23) unfortunately the lady in charge of the machine was on break and NO one can help me at the lotto counter. The is a manager but she said sorry because no one can assist me, she is just a new manager & they don’t know the password of the machine, so I asked that if the lotto lady is out, on break or sick the lotto machine is also out, no one is cross trained to do the sale? From what I learned at the Lotto Office the counter should Always open on the assigned time...then why is the lotto counter on your office just bcuz the cashier is out on break? The manager in the store said she’s new but that is not an excuse either your new or old in the position you should be the one to know the password & process if your cashier or employee is out. Poor service/customer service.
