Plymouth House Inn

I dont think I have ever met a person who is more rude in my entire life. We were on a scavenger hunt from our Airbnb and ended up at her property because of a misunderstanding of directions , mind you the front says open for mine tours and it's a bed and breakfast plus a historical site. She stopped us and asked why we were standing on the property I gave her my scavenger hunt clue and explained very nicely what was going on and also planned on asking her how we go about getting a tour from her for the mines because our clue had the history of the house on it which said the mine shaft runs from under the house and across the street into another building (very cool and my kids were excited about possibly seeing it ) she proceeded to throw the paper back at me and tell me she has no idea what we are talking about and this is private property (no signs and it's a business) and that we better leave. As me my husband and kids were leaving she pulls her car up to me and says she wants to see the paper again I show her then she yells at me again saying I better get out of here and she doesnt know what my problem is coming on other peoples property I kept trying to explain and she yelled at me and then pulled the car forward like she would hit me I kept walking and she kept creeping her car forward so it was less than a foot from me as I walked I turned around and told her she needs to quit acting like shes go9ng to run me over and cut it the hell out what is her problem and she told me shes calling the cops on me. I then flicked her off as I continued to walk and she went straight to town hall and started crying at the door saying she was scared. She is clearly senile or maybe she hates kids and people with tattoos I have no a clue but I would avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of perfect houses to stay in where you dont have to deal with psychotic people who want to run you over in front of your kids at a business that they were looking forward to exploring. Beware / be aware. Not worth having your kids be freaked out and feel like their parent is going to get hurt. I posted a picture of her sitting at the end of the driveway taking pictures of me screaming about the police and if you notice I am on the road which is not a part of her property.

Ok this place was a little strange for us. The headless mannequin wearing the 1800s wedding dress over our bed freaked us out a little bit. I think the door that didn't lock on our side and was literally at the foot of our bed was freaky too. It wasnt dirty but definatley could have been cleaner. I think if we were antiquers we would have liked it more. I dont see us staying here again.

Such a cute and quaint little place. Coffee at your door in the morning and wine in the evening what could be better? Oh yeah themed rooms with a wonderful back story. Definitely recommend!
