Tim is honest and very efficient. He explained everything over the phone, showed up on time and fixed 3 separate problems with our toilet in under 1 hour! I am very impressed. Thank you, Tim!

I would give 10 stars if I could. This past weekend, one of our drains clogged and I couldn't find anyone to come fix it within a reasonable time frame. I called TTL Plumbing and they came the first thing the next morning (I had called in the late afternoon). Tim provided some of the best customer service ever. He was super positive and walked me through everything he did, which I really appreciated being that the clogged drain had caused me some stress. He followed up with me before my appointment, was on time, was in and out within 30 minutes, and fixed everything up! I will definitely be reaching out to TTL for any of my other plumbing needs. Our toilet was clogged again. It was a Sunday night when I reached out to TTL via text, but Jade was prompt in replying. She worked with me to get a convenient time. The day of the service, Tim arrived early and within a few minutes determined that the flapper wasn’t letting all the water out of the tank. He unclogged the toilet and adjusted the flapper so it would allow all the water out of the tank before closing. He explained that this should create more siphonic pressure to get a stronger flush. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the fix to me. After he saw what was needed, he even charged me less than what was originally quoted. I really appreciate this integrity. If you want to work with someone that you can halve full trust in, I highly recommend Tim & Jade with TTL Plumbing. They also take payments via Zelle, which is very convenient.
