I worked with the assistant manager to order my suit and rent my tie and vest from. Suit came out just fine. Tie and vest rental was a nightmare. Received a bib and clip on tie without any warning and was not told they would both be this way. They missed my pick up date three times. Finally the manager offered me a refund on my rental order. Never came thru. Spoke to the assistant manager again and she promised the refund again. Never happened again. I’d go into more details but their delivery of promises is embarrassing. They finally gave me a free shirt which was unexpected but I’m still waiting on that refund. Would buy a suit from them but highly recommend you avoid their rentals.

My brother and I had went to the mall to look for a suit. And had been treated fairly poor by another store. I was extremely happy to have stopped into Jos. A. Bank the man who helped us was not pushy and was extreamly helpful and I would recommend stoping here first. Prices were great and I had a great time. And I do not like shopping for my first suit I am vary happy. And will look amazing for my wedding
