GEICO Insurance Agent - Closed

Frank Chavez provided great service. He worked on our behalf with our home insurance company to resolve what they perceived to be an issue with our roof. Upon (re)submission of a roof report, the company will renew our policy this year. When we originally signed with Geico a couple of years ago, we also spoke with Sang Rowand who provided excellent customer service with his prompt response and valuable knowledge of the policies available. Both reps are an asset to Geico.

Turns out, the ads are true - 15 minutes can save you 15% or more on car insurance. Lucky me, it was more than 15%. I emailed Sang and received a prompt response, then we spoke on the phone and set everything up. The process was fast and simple. I wish I had done this sooner...!

Frank Chavez is a very good Agent, he takes the time to understand your needs and explain all the small details of insurance quotes, highly recommended! He is available on Saturdays which is a very good plus!
