I've been coming here for YEARS with both my kids. My oldest who is now 5 & his brother who is now 1 years old. The doctors are great. The staff are super friendly with parents & kids, if there's a long wait they let you know. They're very accommodating. I have ZERO complaints. I highly recommend bringing your babies/kids here

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Quan since she was born. We can't love Dr. Quan more! Apart from being extremely professional, she is so personable and always pleasant to be with.  HOWEVER, the office billing department is a nightmare to deal with. Thankfully, we didn't have to visit Dr. Quan except for annual physicals. AND the billing department made same mistakes for BOTH visits - billed our old insurance plan instead of our active plan - even though this activie plan is not even "new" and I always updated with them from day one - either in person or online at the MyChart portal, and I constantly double check to make sure it is up-to-date. Yet they still made the same mistakes and charged me for the whole amount because "my insurance denied" the charges. Of course it would - they submitted to the INACTIVE plan! After contacting them for numerous times, they still couldn't sort it out. And it's been almost ONE YEAR since my daughter's last physical! My answer was always "They are looking at it once more."  How difficult is it to find out that they should submit to the CURRENT, ACTIVE plan? I even did my own "investigations" and found out their mistakes from my insurance plans, and told them, and they still can't correct it! If I could rate separately, for sure it's 5 stars for Dr. Quan, and ZERO star for the billing department!

Dr Yu is the best pediatrician. We were fortunate enough to find him after the birth of our first child in 2013. He has always been so patient and willing to take the time to answer any questions. He truly cares about each of our kids and he has my trust. We moved from the area in 2020 and I was really sad that we were going to have to find a new pediatrician.Some of the nurses are great too. Others are just okay. As of 2020 the space could use an upgrade.

Both of my children went to Bayside pediatric. They are professionals that you can trust with well around service and a group of great caretakers. My two and a half-year-old had an accident on elbow dislocation, we contact them right away for the appointment. Fortunately, they help prioritized the appointment so that the little one can cry less. I greatly recommended this office to those who need!
