    CAUTION!!!!!There is a reason this company only has a 2.7rating!!!I only gave 1 star because ZERO wasn't an option!!! These are the absolute,most unprofessional, and highly incompetent "home health professionals" I have EVER dealt with.My daughter almost died and spent 3 months in the hospital requiring intensive wound care therapy 3 days a week.Not only did it take over a week just to get a response from them regarding when someone would be out.Finally a nurse showed up ..no warning given...just randomly shows up, NO PHONE CALL, NO WARNING AND with NO WOUND CARE SUPPLIES!!! ???? What kind of Home Health company doesn't have wound care supplies??? Fast forward through the weekend until Monday NURSE SHOULD HAVE BEEN HERE AT 1PM. and no one shows up??? NO PHONE CALL..... So at 3 pm I call Apallo and I am told that they don't have a female nurse available to come out and just to wait to hear back from them about whether or not they found someone!?!?!? I explained to them that it was very unprofessional of them to have not even called us to explain that no one would be coming out!! I instead,had to reach out to them to be told that no one would be coming.I demanded to speak with the Supervisor who profusely apologized and assured me that a nurse would be here tomorrow,which would be on Tuesday.When I asked her what time to expect a CALL BACK AND WHEN TO EXPECT A nurse,she stated that she couldn't give me a time but just to wait for a call back regarding what time?!?!?!...... I finally received a call at 7:05 pm from BeeGee a wound care nurse and she said she would be there at 2pm ON TUESDAY and after that wound care would be scheduled for MWF at 1pm. She calls me back 15 minutes later and says she forgot that she has a Dr's appt at 3 and would 3 pm be ok?? I agreed.So now it's Tuesday at 2:32 pm...I receive a message from GeeBee.... she's running late,still at the Dr's office and should be leaving in 20 minutes or so.....I called AND GOT NO ANSWER and THEN I texted HER back and stated that it was fine..just be here at 4:30...At 3:32 she texted back and said 4:30 was too late.... So I called her.She stated that she had another job to go to and she didn't want to be late so she was just going straight to her 2nd job from her appointment!! I then reminded her that my daughter needed her wound care and that it had already been a week and a half and reminded her that she had agreed to be here by 2 then 3...then she said she would be late...SHE SAID SHE COULDN'T HELP MY FEELINGS!!!!.her excuse was that 4:30 was too late for her,that she wasn't going to risk losing her 2nd job as a nurse at a hospital and that she was doing us a favor by even coming on a Tuesday as wound care was normally a MWF thing. So I said...so you weren't even planning on coming today then?? Wre you even going to call us and let us know??? She stated that she would have but I said be here at 4:30 and that was too late for her.BUT SHE HAD ALREADY SAID SHE WAS GOING STRAIGHT FROM HER DR'S APPOINTMENT to her second job....this was at 3:32pm meaning that she wasn't going to have time to come out regardless!! Because she had to be at her second job at ,4pm!!!!!!!! I stated that they were very unprofessional and that if they couldn't do the job that they shouldn't have accepted my daughter as a patient.Her response was AGAIN, that she couldn't help my feelings!!! Save yourself the headache and BS and find another agency There is a reason this company only has a 2.7 rating!!!

    I must say that the PT for this home care was very effective Kyle and Grace went over and beyond and because of this my mom is doing so much better. The nursing team was great with extra help in contacting doctors office for information as well as referrals. I was very pleased with the home care. I have read some of the other reviews and I'm sorry, I guess we got lucky.

    Hi. I had excellent care with Apollo home health. After coming home from the hospital and rehab for heart failure, the Physical therapist, Supervisor Kyle and the therapist who worked with me Becky were exceptional. Friendly and patient with me, as I started with baby steps and ended with walking outside with the 4 wheel rolling walker. I appreciated them so much. I also appreciated my Occupational therapy Supervisor Doug and the therapist who worked with me Jennifer. They were also very good and patient with me. They got me to where I could do things on my own at home like take a shower and cook with taking adequate breaks when necessary, and do the exercises at home by myself. The nurses that helped me were also great. Sandu, the RN supervisor, Breona and Manny were great to work with. I recommend Apollo health. In fact, I had to go back to the hospital and rehab and I used them a second time. If I ever have another need for homecare, I will definitely call Apollo Homehealth again.

    For the past several months, I have received excellent home care from all involved at Apollo. My physical therapist Grace has worked with me on both strength and balance. I've seen remarkable improvement and an increased ability to perform what used to seem like easy tasks! We have some way to go with regard to balance but I'm confident that Grace will get me there! I also can't forget to mention my nurse Mercy. Mercy is a very skilled and caring practitioner. She was integral in making me comfortable with the whole experience. I am in good hands with the entire team at Apollo and am grateful for their care!

    This company is poorly managed, one hand doesnt know what the other is doing. It took several days after dads discharge with a catheter for a nurse to appear so we had to figure out how to manage with no instruction. We were told supplies would arrive. One month later no supplies & the repeat response is to falsely claim we didn't want them. Absurd, of course we want them, they must be changed regularly. Nurses twice tried to re-instate the order. But still no results. After an ER trip were told to get catheter changed w/in 2 days. Apollo, nurse arrives w/o one, saying dont you have one? NO we dont b/c Apollo didnt send any supplies. Useless and dangerous. The remedy today is theyll order one for next week. He could die from infection by then. Its a home health company with a days notice to replace a catheter and they dont have one on hand? And dont start me on their PT.
