The management in this facility is very poor, I should say. My son used to be member of the Fitness 19 before they turn it over to VimnVigor now. His membership contract expired and somehow he forgot to inform the gym in Feb 2024. So the gym charged $49.99 on March 1 for renewing the contract another year and additional $14.99 for final payment on March 4. They charged again still ANOTHER $14.99 on March 15 on his credit card for April monthly fee( which they should NOT charged him anymore since my son informed the manager CHAD on March 7 and explained his situation he wanted to stop membership starting March 1. So Chad told him that $49.99 and $14.99 cannot be reimbursed but the $14.99 on his credit card can be reimbursed. He also said that the refund process already submitted on March 11 ( as stated on my sons file) Apparently, after 2 weeks , the credit for $14.99 still did NOT show up on his credit card so we asked the credit card to dispute this matter seriously. We hope the gym doesnt withdraw more membership monthly fee in April and so on. we confirmed with Chad in person that we do NOT want to member anymore starting March 2024. Period. I hope the owner Vim/Vigor read this and start helping us in resolving this serious matter professionally
