My experience of the bicycles bike shop has been poor ever since it had under gone new owner ship. I have given this bike shop multiple chances by still going there but time after again I purchased items marked up twice as much as other bike shops and continued dis respect every time I went there but last week was the last straw I was serviced after a hour of being passed up and Ignored it felt as if I was not worth they’re time but as I was about to leave a member of the staff Came to help me and as I was trying to explain my situation the employee had Interrupted me continually with yep and oh okay then walked away to another Customer knowing I wasn’t done talking making me feel like a fool for ever going there again.
