I want to start by saying how distraught I am. I can't believe I am typing something in this manner. I reached out to the Pleasant Hill office to inquire about 24 hour care for my elderly parents. Not only was I met with a lack of compassion but an employee by the name of Caitlin gave me the worst service I ever experienced in my life. I asked basic questions and she was very short and cold. I felt as if she was bothered that I even called. I was left confused because I thought that Comfort Keepers provided care. She did not make my day better, she made it worse. I would never leave my parents under the care of this company. It's a disgrace and who knows how my parents would have been treated if the other employees are anything like her. I will be reaching out to every regional and corporate office that I can find to tell my story.This should never happen to anyone else. Please avoid this place at all costs.

I have an 89 year old father and Comfort Keepers was recommended by family when I needed help with caring for my dad after a fall over year ago . Everyone at The office was so helpful and set things up for me . During the last year we have adjusted the schedule and never a problem . My dad got really sick in December and when he was released from hospital needed 24 hour care I called Ruth and she set everything up for me and put and stressful situation at ease . I continue and will continue using this fabulous company as long as I can and will recommend to anyone in my type of situation. Thank you Comfort Keepers

We were very thankful for Comfort Keepers as everybody we met was both helpful and patient, as our mom was a handful to care for. Also, no one from Comfort Keepers was ever surprised by anything that happened, so employees must be trained well. I would recommend them to anyone needing home care.

Have been using Comfort Keepers Pleasant Hill for the past year, great people, the staff are kind and respectful, the Keepers themselves (especially Angela Summers, Jess Lahti and Kara Gueflo) have been terrific letting me know when there have been problems or could have been problems. Their cooking is excellent and they are perfect drivers. The couple times i've had administrative questions they were dealt w/in less than a half hour too both of our satisfaction.
