I had my last car serviced here for 5 years if you can book online and get your car in the sevice department is good. Anything else they are a nitemare.When I really needed them I called 5 times over 2 days with promises of a call back by the scheduler never could talk to anyone and never got a call back. Took my car to a different dealer ended up trading it in and buying a new SRT Durango. Now I want a trailer hitch called again promises of a call back now 3 days later nothing. So if you can book standard service or physically go in they are mechanically good if you need anything that requires a call back conversation just go to a different dealer!

No star rating if it was an option, STAY AWAY! Terrible service. The sales rep will tell you they honor online pricing; and then they do not. The sales tactics are really misleading, and the sales reps care more about their commission than actually making the sale. Do not go in thinking you will pay what is listed online; they will force you to pay for the add ons and extras. Franco does not try his best for the client, and there is no use in trying to negotiate as they have their mind made up on numbers. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone in the market. Huntington Jeep was able to help me much more and make me a satisfied customer.

I am a tough customer to please, however, Miguel and Montana were fantastic to buy from. Honest and straightforward with no hidden agenda. They provided hours of their time while I decided the best path forward for myself and did not pressure me in any way to make a decision. Once we reached a deal, Miguel stayed around until almost 9pm to help complete the sale so I didn't have to return the following day. Most dealers are frustrating to deal with at best, however, Premier has been a great experince across the board from start to finish. Thanks team for getting us in a Jeep, at a good price, and for the after sale service you've provided!
