        DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS RUINED AND MOLDY! The units are not insulated. During cold weather, which happens in Pioneer, condensation forms, creating water, which drips on your items as if it rained in your unit. I suggest you look for a facility that insulates their units rather than choosing this place.

        During these very stressful times with the Caldor Fire, Lisa was very efficient, caring, knowledgeable, friendly with great follow-up notifying me when a unit was available. She even helped me move a heavy piece into the storage unit. Excellent customer service/care. Thank you.
