My experience with setting up a fiber connection with Volcano communications was really good. Melissa at customer service was great and prompt in answering all of my questions. They were flexible with my install window as well. So far my internet connection has been rock solid. I am in the new subdivision across from Castle Oaks Golf club house. This is the best internet connection in the area. For all the complainers about the price, go take out a large loan and run your own fiber and phone lines. Start your own business to provide internet and phone lines in the area. You will then get an idea of the cost involved in running your own business.

The place is a joke, they offered me a job, I accepted did my paperwork, then the day before my drug test they called me and said they cancelled my job offer with no reason as to why. Never deal with them.

It's been a nightmare. When we were in escrow, a member of their sales team quoted me for DSL. My wife and I work full remote, so that is the only way we can live there. After closing on the house, they said they couldn't give us service. Now we are either forced to use a resold grandfathered LTE plan or sell the house. Edit: I can't seem to reply to owner responses, so I'll add it here: Q: Hello Kyle. Did you communicate with our business office prior to closing escrow? We perform a search to verify your residence is able to receive our services. A: Yes, I did. I called your sales team during January when we were in escrow and they told me that I would be able to get a 50Mbps DSL connection at our address. Last week, I called about the same address and they say there is no hope of getting us internet. Now our jobs are in jeopardy.
