Brenna Lynn Timmerman was our families large animal vet for 3 years, in the time we worked with her my respect for her and her services greatly declined with her lack of client care, lack of following through with appointments, and her erratic behaviors online!In addition if you do use Brenna Lyn Timmerman as a veterinarian KEEP YOUR RECORDS OF PAYMENT. When I fired her as our vet she not only verbally assaulted me, she accused us of not paying, thankfully we proof of payment and text messages confirming she got the Zelle Payment.

Witness her publicly humiliated people on social media. Very unprofessional. Price gouges on X-rays. Missed important steps trying to diagnose a lameness. Very choosy of who she wants to help. Sad because I remember at first she used to say she wanted to offer low -cost vet services certain days of the month to help ones in a financial struggles. Absolutely not the case now. She will respond to messages and linger you on then completely ghost you and complain not to contact her via messages after. Leaving you hanging.

I used her for 3 years she canceled three times when I needed my pony put down. Had to get another vet. Then we needed our goat put down and she said I don't do goats. So I used the same vet that put our pony down. I would not recommend Timmerman to squash a roach.

Had a terrible experience when she put my dog to sleep with her assistant. They both would not stop talking, and yapping, and finished a sentence of my husbands in a time which is very traumatic. It was as if we were in a back yard bbq. Really bad manners for this experience which is very traumatic for pet owners. Yes, she got the job done, but would I recommend her no unless you tell her to be quiet through the entire process.

I had an appointment to have my dog put down in my home where she could feel love, with another company. However over the weekend she took a turn for the worse so I reached out and local Facebook groups to see if they could recommend a mobile vet. Many people Recommended her so I sent her a message on Facebook by clicking her name since people were tagging her. She did not respond which was OK. However I did also call her office, my daughter was able to get me that phone number from her boyfriends mom. I had left a message. She never responded to any message either. Which was perfectly fine. I called several other mobile vets and no one was available over the weekend. Sadly we had to take her into the vet because we did not want her to suffer. Fast forward a few days later another person was trying to reach out to her on Facebook and said that she Hadn’t returned the message. I replied with she didn’t mind either but that was OK I was still able to get help. She replied back to me telling me that I keep attacking her and creating drama for her. She berated me and called me a liar. I had informed her that I had no idea what she was talking about. That I had never even heard of her until then. She continued with her discussing behavior towards me when I had said nothing wrong other than she did not return my message. She had made comments to myself and the original poster that it’s rude to contact people through messenger on Facebook and to call the office like a “normal people.” Which I did and I showed photos of my call. she had accused me of being in the situation with my dog because I did not take the proper steps of contacting her which was absolutely disgusting. I did share in photos my proof of how I tried to contact her. Never once did she apologize after that, she just double down with her rude behavior. I do not know how a vet can treat a potential client that way and blame them for the situation that their elderly dog is in.
