My Husband And I Been Going To Them For A While Now And They Have Always Kept In Contact If They Were Gonna Be Running Behind Etc. Not Just That They Only Service Rvs Etc On Fridays With That Being I Called Them And I Needed To Find Out If They Can Come Out ASAP Not To Mention They Were Already Closed N Still Answered My Call N Was Able To Book Them To Come Out First Thing The Next Morning I Absolutely Am Satisfied With Them And The Drivers That Come Out Always The Sameness Ones Very Respectful Thank You Septic Control For The Business You Guys Provide

Tried to hire this company and they didnt show up for scheduled time, they then set up an appointment for 8 am and never showed up. Called them and they said 9:30 but still never showed up and are not answering their phones. Claimed they needed chains yet it was sprinkling not snowing when they should have been here. Not to mention I already dug out the hole and had the tank ready for them to pump. 100% do not recommend this unprofessional business.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Did not answer repeated inquiries. I sent an email on Monday, but received no reply. I phoned on Wednesday, and their voicemail message said to use the "Request Appointment" on their website, so I did that. No reply. On Friday, I phoned and left a message asking for a call back. Nothing. Since they obviously don't want my business, I will find someone else.
