this place is so rude I wouldn't even give it a star the only reason I did give it one Stars so I can post how bad of a bank they are and how rude they are too customers I wouldn't even get a bank account with these people if they're the last bank standing on Earth sure would like to report them to the better business

Had a terrible experience with banker AnnMarie T. Spoke to her about starting a business account relationship and possibly applying for a business loan, when it came time to move forward she became very rude, accusing me of being "fishy" and sending up "red flags" before we even had the opportunity to get started and meet face to face. Had she have given me the opportunity to schedule a meeting I would have gladly brought in all my documents to verify my business and person. Nice during the initial conversation but then completely lacked courtesy and follow through when it came time to schedule an appointment, there are two sides to this woman. Complete waste of my time, I do not recommend taking your business here.

What a lovely private bank. The workers are effective, honest, happy to see you, and you do wait a few extra minutes to make sure that you get an accurate transaction. Your money remains protected well, and the branch manager is just friendly beyond civility. What a neat little Union Bank.
