Really friendly staff and a great stock of festool products. This was my first time here and the staff took their time answering my questions and helped make sure I got what I needed.

I went into Fred's shop on a lark. I had been Jonesin' over a SawStop for a while and just couldn't pull the trigger. Fred and I talked for a 1/2 hour or more about life adventures... not that much about saws. While helping him dig around in his store room I noticed a contractor model SawStop tucked away in the mess. Turned out it was a demo that he had loaned to a customer for a small job. Who does that! Short story is it's mine now and Fred sold it to me at a good discount (approved by SawStop of course). I use it almost everyday. I have since taken an older saw blade in for sharpening. I plan to buy a new Jet wood lathe from Fred tomorrow. I could buy it on Amazon, but I'd rather buy from Fred.

Fred is an expert craftsman and a patient explainer/instructor.  I have been dealing with Fred exclusively for my Festool and woodworking needs for the past five years.  He has never tried to up-sell me and to the contrary has spoken up to say I didn't really need an item on a couple of occasions.  I trust Fred to be fair and truthful 100 percent of the time.

I have bought a lot of Fetools from these guys to use on my restoration projects, from vacuums, sanders, replacement parts and sandpaper. They have the widest selection of tools and the most sandpaper around! Pretty sure its all family owned and operated. The whole store is pretty laid back and they don't mind taking time to help you. It's not like most shops/stores it's old school and they actually put effort into helping their customers.
