Larry Parks Realty is AWESOME.  BONNIE Parks-Merrill is AMAZING. She is so helpful, patient, and INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGABLE on every step of the escrow process. It was our first time buying a home, so we had so many questions and concerns, and Bonnie went above and beyond to take care of us. She was so patient, and answered every question that we had. She kept track of all the escrow deadlines, so we never missed anything. She's LOCAL, having grown up in Petaluma, so she really knows the area. Also, she's been in the real estate business since something like 1979.  Having benefitted from Bonnie's real estate experience, we now realize how important it is to go with someone local, who has years and years of experience. I employed Bonnie Merrill for several years as a real estate manager.It is very difficult for a small landlord (one or two units) to manage all the legal, business-related, and maintenance-related problems. Bonnie handled all of that, and superbly.
