Tight Access recently tunneled under our parking lot in order for us to put in a new water main here at the church, as our 47 year old line was leaking constantly.  It is unbelievable to know that this kind of work can be done without having to tear up our parking lot!  Mike and the team were so professional and so efficient I was blown away.  The largest scope of work was done in a matter of hours.  I'm so grateful for the work they did and we are now back up and running with a new water main that will last us for many, many years to come.  Don't hesitate to call these guys!  Thank you Mike!

Several months ago Tight Access did a great job to fill in my 40-year old pool. Recently, while putting in a flower garden, I discovered what I though was a chunk of pool coping. Mike Sedano, owner, came out and  correctly identified it as the ruins of a concrete pond, about 8' in diameter, that had been buried in the back yard between 1900 and 1976, before the pool was put in. Mike lent me a small electric jackhammer, which enabled me to remove the old pond in 30 minutes.

These guys are fantastic! I first used Tight Access after my home burned down in the Tubbs fire. The owner meet me at my property the next day after I called him. I received a bid from Tight Access to do our debris clean up along with bids from 2 other companies. Tight Access came in with the best price (and it wasn't even close to the other guys). Not only was their price the best but they backed it up with excellent service. Their foreman on the project, Tony, was extremely professional and obviously knew what he was doing. The guy is great, staying late on most days to really make sure things were done to a high standard. His work partner, Steve was every bit as good as Tony. In fact all the different workers they had out there were some of the best people I've worked with in our rebuilding effort (and I have had to deal with lots of different contractors) . You can tell they really care about their work and it's quite obvious that the owners of Tight Access have done an excellent job not only hiring the best employees but also trianing them to the highest standards.With the stressful situation our family was in, it was quite a relief to be in the hands of a reputable, professional company and not get price gouged like some of the other guys were doing to my friends and neighbors. Since that initial project, Tight Access has been out to help on a few other steps in our rebuilding effort. From boring holes for utilities to excavating dirt for our retaining wall and setting our building pad and digging our foundation. Everything has been done at a 5 star rating. The owners, Mike and Gloria have been a pleasure to work with and really have gone above and beyond in helping us in our rebuilding process. Their invoicing is very clear and Gloria made sure it met my insurance companies difficult standards so that our reimbursement wasn't delayed. They are really special people who you can trust to get the job done right, fast, and at a fair price. I HIGHLY recommend Tight Access Excavation!
