They suck. Paid for tire mount and balance guy was incompetent . My husband ended up putting our own tires on for him and never even balanced them charged full price and refused to give discount.

I had two interactions with this place.
The first was to fix a flat tire. A man named David dropped everything to help me quickly and with friendly manners. This experience made me come in for a second time.
The second time I went in to have my brakes serviced. They could not give me a quote. They said they needed to look at the parts and get back to me. I left my car there. Then a man named Ever called me and told me that the service to replace the rotors and pads would be $900. I told him another shop in town had given me a $600-650 estimate (this was true). He said he would get back to me to see if they could lower the price. Less than 5 minutes later he told me they could do it for $700, but if I paid cash they would do it for $650. But nothing in the service had changed. So the $900 estimate was just an arbitrary number?
I agreed out of convenience. They told me they would have it ready the next day. The next day after calling several times they did not pick up. I went to the shop and it was closed. There was a newer model Mercedes on blocks there with the windows down and the owner's personal items exposed. Then Ever called me and asked me if I was willing to come down to Corte Madera to pick up my car at their other shop. This was crazy! I told him to bring it up to Petaluma, which he did and my gas tank was empty. What ever happened to integrity?
