        Ricardo and Gabriel came out to view the property/project, and said it would take a week to get us the estimate. I waited a week and didn't hear anything, so I sent a follow up text message on day 8. They never responded. If they weren't interested in completing the project we had, then the professional way to handle that would have been to inform us (for example, a simple "Sorry, we will not be able to take on your job at this time. Thank you." would have sufficed. I did not expect to be ghosted by professional contractors, and it's very disappointing.

        Awesome work...RIcardo is a pro. Most contractors will take you to the bank for any change orders or extra work...RGM treated me more than fairly. He is prompt and the work is beautiful. I will be using them again for my next project. I have already recommended him to a friend and will do it again.
