Updates review: this place had actually improved quite a lot. I'd give it 3.5 out of 5 stars. Food was decent and very good value for the price. The shredded beef enchiladas were actually pretty good a little heavy on the cheese but besides very flavorful. Rice and beans were decent. My group also got the chilaquiles, carne asada place and the tarasco soup, and everyone was pleasantly surprised the food quality seems a lot better and no one had any complaints.

This restaurant is under New Management and has been totally redecorated. It's grand opening will be in approximately 3 weeks. The cuisine is sushi and Mexican. I ordered 2 Modelo's and a chicken fajita quesadilla which filled my plate and my tab came to about 26 bucks.
