They installed a tankless water heater, and did a fantastic job! They were very through and considerate in trying to make sure the house was not without water any longer than absolutely needed. They took the time to explain the function and how to take care of my new tankless system since I had never had one before. Guy charged me 150 to tell me I need a new water heater. I explained over the phone what was going on and he did nothing for the diagnostic except test it out. Claimed he serviced it yet did nothing. I will be installing a tankless myself since they are not qualified to do the electrical work.
