Dan took excellent care and time with his inspection. He was thorough and gave detailed explanations to me of everything he was doing. As a first time home buyer it was a relief to have someone point out things I should be aware of, locations of everything I may need to use or get into and assure me that my home is in good condition. The report he wrote was accurate and thorough as well. I recommend Dan for anyone doing a home inspection, you won’t be disappointed!
