If I could give Bill more than 5 stars, I totally would! Bill is an AMAZING human being who goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are fully satisfied. Bill's grading knowledge and expertise are beyond expectation...he was extremely giving of his time to explain every step of the grading process, and always made sure we understood the big picture of the project, as well as every small detail. Bill takes his projects very seriously. He showed great care about our project, and made sure that everything was done with the utmost excellence. Overall, Bill is a ROCKSTAR and his work ethic, attention to detail, and desire to provide the highest level of satisfaction to his clients are extremely evident in all the stages of his grading projects.

Bill is the best!! I can't thank him enough for his expertise, suggestions, extra time spent helping me look for the right land and the right team to help make my home-building dreams a reality. After multiple bids, I hired Bill to grade a pad for a large house that I was building and a large riding arena for horses. Not only was he the best bid but also was the most responsive to all of my questions and needs. Both jobs were done perfectly and the riding arena with some additional suggestions from Bill came out bigger and better than expected. I highly recommend him for and grading project you may want.

I had a very difficult hillside lot in La Habra Heights. There was a lot of dirt to move and not a lot of area to work in. When it came to compaction the soils engineer said it was the most consistent soil compaction numbers he had seen in years. I highly recommend him if you want a quality job done.
