Great work, Jesse. Really appreciate the help with the last minute issues with our RV water connector. He was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Fixed the problem and went above and beyond by educating us regarding use of water regulators. Will definitely use Jesse again!

I used Jesse for a mobile repair, he responded quickly to my call, came out on time, diagnosed the issue and gave me the prices for the parts and labor before any work he also offered a different solution to my battery problems and I was able to upgrade for a few extra bucks. He is awesome to work with and I will refer all my RV friends to him. Thank you Jesse!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES AND COMMUNICATION IS TRASH! Background: Just retired from the military, inherited an RV that is located in California at my parents but I currently live in Ohio. Had generator serviced and new carburetor installed by this guy back in May for $600. Initial communication was good and he got the job done within the week. The RV was stored and started every week to include the generator. The generator is not firing up 5 months later. Called and text to schedule him to go to my parents house to check it out and was told he had 2 people in front of me. Didn’t want to give me an estimated timeframe day/week. Explained in a text to him that it was only 5 months old and that we were getting ready to drive it across country (back to Ohio). Finally got ahold of him via phone call on Wednesday 4 Nov. He told me he was busy and couldn’t get out there until Monday 9 Nov. I told him I was fine with that and that I didn’t want to rush him but wanted him to work on it since he done the initial service. Explained to him that I am in Ohio and that I would coordinate everything with my father since the RV is at my parents house. He asked for my fathers info so I texted it to him right away. Monday comes around and he doesn’t show. My father called him and left him a message. I also called and 3 times I was sent straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail and texted 5 times and never received a response. I understand people get busy or have things come up but communication to your customers should be priority. If he had something come up I would fully understand but absolutely no communication doesn’t sit well with me. Now it is Thursday 12 Nov and I have not heard from, nor did he return my fathers call or even bother to text me back him which prompted me to write this review. I had to have my parents wait around all day for him to not show. I paid $600 for a generator service with a brand new carburetor and 5 months later it doesn’t work. I trusted this guy and now it looks like I am out $600 and wasted time dealing with him. ***Update: Just tried calling one last time today Thursday 12 Nov at 10:45am and was sent to voicemail*** I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES AND COMMUNICATION IS TRASH!
