Generation Billiards Pool table service

Wish there were more than 5 Stars to award Frank and his Team at Generation Billiards! Can't remember how I found Frank, but it must have been Divine Intervention to put me in his hands to willingly and efficiently facilitate my "problem"!  We bought a house with a pool table we couldn't keep...after realizing we weren't going to be good at trying to sell it...as my husband is a former Marine, we decided to Donate it to the USO!  Frank disassembled the table at my house in Palm Springs, his dad fixed an identified problem from someone trying to move the table on their own, and delivered it to a new facility at the Marine Logistics Center in Barstow!  How thrilled we were that the incoming recruits, on their way to 29 Palms, had the table to enjoy! But most importantly, I am so impressed with Franks commitment to the highest level of service to his customer....Consistent communication by  phone and text, coordinated the delivery to the Marine Center and he arrives when he says he'll be there! Thank you Guys for making this Happen!

Dependable and courteous. They were great about providing quick quote and getting back to me right away regarding scheduling and details. They appear to have a wide area range. They showed up right when they said they would and we are in South OC. Nice people and great service!

I hired generation billiards for my pool table service and I would recommend them to friends and family...the work done to my pool table was profesional and quick..I had my appointment scheduled early morning and they arrived on time..very pleased with generation billiards and will hire them again.

Great guys!! Frank and Gustavo did an amazing job setting up our table. We couldn't of found a better company Frank's pricing is very reasonable compared to others highly recommend thanks guys!!
