Abercrombie and Co Stoves and Awnings

Problem solved! Chad and the team at Abercrombie called me right back today and helped me solve my awning remote issue immediately. Recommend! They installed this awning 12+ years ago and it's still working great. We use it every day and love it. i can work outside on the deck and do client calls under the awning.

Lots of skill and integrity.  I have used them several times in the past and it has always been a good experience.  Integrity is so important and seems to be missing in today's world, except with Abercrombie.  The last purchase wasto replace a mediocre stove that was here when we bought the house.  Theinstallers discovered lots of rodent damage which was hidden from view.  They easily could have saved themselves a lot of work by putting the new stove in and covering up the soiled and destroyed insulation.  They didn'tcover it up, but showed us the mess that was there and took the trouble to make it right at no extra charge.  My husband and I highly recommend this company with which we have never had even the slightest of bad experiences.

Jim Chiesa and his staff are true professionals. Over 20 years ago they installed our beautiful, Valor gas fireplace. It has worked, flawlessly ever since. In addition, Abercrombie installed a motorized awning that completely protects our living room from afternoon sun. Jim has made himself available to answer our questions and resolve our concerns over the years. We truly appreciate the excellent service and quality products, and the convenience of the Abercrombie store, right here in Penn Valley.

Beware! Purchased a new fan/blower through them, they installed it and it's now not working and tried for two weeks to get an answer on getting it fixed or a new one since it was under warranty, finally got through and they claim company discontinued that fan and she doesn't have a name for it. I don't understand how you can say it's discontinued but doesn't know the name.  Also customer service was terrible, blamed everything on Covid, even if it was due to covid they didn't try or do anything to assure me that they would fix or replace it.
