Hello. I've been to New Edge physical therapy for two separate injuries. The first one was an ankle injury, the second was rotator cuff post surgery therapy. The staff members were Great. Always with a positive attitude toward my recovery. Range of motion improved from minimal to near complete by my last appointment for both issues. Home stretching was very much encouraged by all staff after a session, as well as ice therapy for pain. I now have, almost full range in my shoulder. The rest is up to me to continue with my home rehab. More therapy will be considered as soon as I get released or not ,from my Doctor. To all the staff and office staff, I'd like to thank you, Great job!! I just wish they had room for a massage therapist for other body issues. Russ Kenney

The physical therapy staff might be the best, but the front desk leaves a lot to be desired. I was scheduled to start physical therapy for my knee today, but had not received a confirmation. I called the office, and the secretary told me that my HMO no longer contacts with them. She knew that last week and did not take the time to communicate that with me. I waited 5 weeks for this appointment. Now, I'm back to square one. Always follow through with the front desk. They are not reliable.

A very professional, knowledgeable and dedicated group of therapists. These folks really explain, teach and encourage their clients. I had a hard time gaining full use of my new knee after a total knee replacement, but with their guidance and expertise I am fully recovered and am looking forward to working with Cliff Le Duc and his staff again.

I don't speak for the women therapists here but the male was one of the most insensitive, not-intuitive, judgmental people I have ever met. He seemed to be angry because I wasn't healthy...and acted as if it was my fault and I should be ashamed because of it.
