Culling from vineyards of the Central Coast (California) she has incorporated into her blend more obscure varietals such as Monastrell and Trousseau (most often used in fortified wines). The releases bring with them a great education, consistent taste and wonderful food pairing. Now offering their wines online, private tasting digital presentations and through wine club membership.
