My wife and I just purchased our first home. We were fortunate enough to know the owner and even more fortunate that Lauri Strain was the daughter in law of the owner. Lauri agreed to represent both us as the buyers and the seller and we feel it made communication between both parties very efficient. We were lucky enough to be able to make an offer on the home before it hit the market which made the experience more personnel than business like. Since the owner had lived in the residence since the 1950's and we were first timer buyers, there was the opportunity for confusion and emotion to complicate things. Lauri Strain and her wonderful assistant, Alyssa, did a fantastic job getting our home sold quickly and at well over asking price! Her advise on listing price, etc were spot on. Our home was a bit more complicated than your average, and she handled it all beautifully and got it closed! I would highly recommend. Plus, she and her team are just wonderful people.

Great experience working with Lauri. She is a go getter and works with you every step of the way. Our situation is a bit unique. Lauri gave us a call because she had a client who was looking for a vacation home in the area we had ours. “Would we be interested in selling?” We really had not thought to much about it, but we met with her and talked about our options. Long story short. We did sell to her client and it was a smooth transaction from the get go. Working with both seller and buyer seemed effortless for Lauri. We could not be happier with the outcome and wish Lauri all the best in the future.
