Coastline Pool Pros

We used Coastline to replace our old pump, filter and pool cleaner in the summer of 2021. They also cleaned our pool tiles which had major calcium build-up, something we have been trying to get done for awhile. They responded promptly and completed the work above and beyond what was expected. Everything works great and pool looks awesome! Approximately 1 year later, I noticed the pool cleaner was a little sluggish. I called Coastline and they promptly sent a Service Tech(Tyler) over to diagnose the issue. Tyler diagnosed the issue, made the repair and the pool cleaner works like new again. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable in pool maintenance and gave me a few tips to help keep my pool clean. Thanks again Coastline!

Greg was amazing, fast, and responsive. Extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He is easy on the eyes to so that does make it a bit distracting to look at him while speaking with him

The maintenance has been hit or miss for the last two years.  Unfortunately we have decided to part ways due to more miss than hit as of recently.  The pool techs are very junior, familiar with basic pool chemical balancing.  If anything is not right, I as the homeowner have to ask why (why is the water cloudy?) and the response is (shrugs shoulders) call the office and have the send a repair person out to investigate.  I've been paying this company to come weekly (even in the dead of Winter when no one is using the pool) because I was sold on "we need be there weekly to stay on top of any issues."  That is far from what has been happening -- homeowner should not have troubleshoot water quality issues.  Dear Pool Experts, as the company that services our pool you need to inform me that there is a problem so that I can do something about it since you are unable to.
