Pasolivo Olive Oil

Walked in and were greeted right away! Friendly helpful environment ! Teresa was very friendly! Great oils and brownies! They helped us taste and went above and beyond! I highly recommend this place!

If you love olives then Pasolivo is a place you'd love. Set in the beautiful town of Paso Robles, it's a nice break away from all the winery tastings into a lovely array of olive oil tastings. The service was amazing and the staff was very knowledgeable. We picked up a few bottles of Olive oil, some chimichurri herbs and of course olives! They also have a membership program that was enticing but we decided we would just come back when we returned to Paso Robles.

We visited in July and were met with more attention than you get at some restaurants! Our oil expert took us through so many different oils, dips, and vinegars that we were almost too full for a meal. Very tasty bread is provided as well. It's a welcoming environment with lots of little accoutrements to buy along their main oil offerings. We ended up purchasing the basil olive oil and it truly has an amazing flavor drizzled on soups, for roasting bread, and for salad dressing. We would definitely get more next time we are in Paso.

Don't think the products are worth the racist microaggressions. I am a brown woman, walked in with my mother. There were two retail workers & neither of them greeted us. We browsed for about 10 minutes before anybody greeted us. A couple of minutes later two white women walked in and the cashier, who was checking out other customers, interrupted her conversation to greet them and offer complimentary olive oil tasting. Disappointed at the discrimination in their customer service. I do love the stuffed olives, but not enough to ever go back. You've lost a customer.

Great experience. Mallory was great at teaching us about the different olive oils and vinegars. Can't wait to try the recipes in the cookbook.
