Went there a couple weeks ago and immediately walked out. Only option is to order by scanning a QR code or standing in line at counter like a friggin McDonalds. How could the owners/operators think this is anything close to what patrons want? What if you have questions about the menu or have food allergies? And it was crawling with employees, so its not like they were understaffed. Most people want to interact with actual humans when going to a restaurant. Used to be a fun place for beer and food but now it's dead to me.
