I found myself in need of dishwasher repair a few days before New Years. I found David's card in a drawer and I had written "nice guy" on the back. It had been many years since I used him and honestly couldn't remember. So I trusted my gut and called for help. David couldn't have been nicer and since he was booked until next week, he gave me a quick fix tip over the phone and it worked! Not only did I save on a service call, but Dave was truly a nice guy! Thank you! I won't hesitate to use him again!

Called to set up a service call for my stove. Dave to me to try a fix first & it worked!  I was very impressed that he didn't try to just come over & charge me for something that I was able to do.  I love that!
